Welcome to thrivemenscoaching.com ("Website"). Thrive Men's Coaching LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), owns and operates this Website and provides access to coaching-related information, trainings, materials, and services.

We provide users of the Site with access to general information, educational content, free trainings, coaching-related resources, and information about our personal development and marriage coaching programs.

Our services are designed to help men develop emotional leadership, personal responsibility, communication skills, self-awareness, and healthier relationship patterns. Our services are strictly coaching and educational in nature.

We are not responsible for and do not endorse third-party websites, platforms, or resources. Please independently evaluate whether these resources are appropriate for you. Your use of any third-party websites, tools, platforms, or resources is solely at your own risk.

Coaching Services Notice

Our program is intended for personal development, education, communication improvement, emotional leadership, and relationship coaching. It is not a substitute for marriage counseling, couples therapy, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or professional mental health services.

The services provided by our company are strictly considered coaching.

Our coaching services are not medical or mental health treatments, nor are they psychotherapy sessions. They are not to be used as an alternative, supplement, or substitute for medical care, mental health care, psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment, legal counsel, or crisis intervention.

Furthermore, our coaches do not practice under any medical, psychotherapy, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or other professional healthcare license unless explicitly stated otherwise. The laws and ethical codes governing medical, psychotherapy, psychology, counseling, or licensed mental health professionals do not apply to our coaching services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, crisis, abuse, danger, or any situation requiring professional intervention, you should contact the appropriate licensed professional, emergency service, or local authority.

Relationship Outcomes

Our coaching may help clients improve their personal leadership, emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness, and relationship patterns. However, relationships involve other people, independent decisions, and circumstances outside our control.

We cannot and do not guarantee that your spouse, partner, or any other person will respond in a particular way, reconcile with you, remain in the relationship, change their feelings, stop divorce proceedings, or take any specific action.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your choices, behavior, communication, and actions.

Guarantee and Refund Policy

From time to time, the Company may advertise, mention, or offer a guarantee related to certain coaching programs, including language such as helping clients save their marriage in 90 days or similar statements.

Any guarantee offered by the Company is subject to the specific terms, conditions, requirements, and eligibility criteria provided at the time of purchase or enrollment. A guarantee is not automatic and does not apply unless expressly included in your written purchase agreement, checkout terms, or enrollment agreement.

To qualify for any guarantee, you may be required to fully participate in the program, attend scheduled coaching calls, complete assigned work, implement the coaching in good faith, communicate honestly with your coach, and provide evidence of completion where requested.

Because relationship outcomes involve the decisions, emotions, and actions of another person outside the Company's control, no guarantee should be interpreted as a promise that your spouse will reconcile, stop divorce proceedings, return home, change their feelings, or take any specific action.

Any guarantee is limited to the specific remedy stated at the time of purchase or enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Company does not provide refunds, credits, cancellations, or payment forgiveness outside of the terms expressly agreed to at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Neither the Company nor its coaches, contractors, employees, agents, or representatives are responsible for any adverse actions, decisions, relationship outcomes, legal outcomes, emotional outcomes, financial outcomes, or other consequences resulting from your interpretation or application of any information, advice, coaching, direction, or recommendation provided through the Site or our services.

By using the Site or our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, service providers, consultants, coaches, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your use or misuse of any information, content, coaching, or materials provided by us.

If you violate any of these Terms, which include by reference our Privacy Policy, or otherwise violate an agreement between you and us, we may prohibit you from using or accessing the Site or our services, in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time, without notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms, harms our Company, harms other users or clients, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You agree that these Terms and any dispute under these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Travis County, Texas, United States. You waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us relating to your access to and use of the Site.

These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you without our prior written consent.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms will constitute a waiver of such provision in any prior, concurrent, or subsequent circumstance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are for the benefit of the parties and do not confer third-party beneficiary rights upon any other person or entity.
